Luckykboxer Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 yes it will be a big screen movie, and from all indications it will make a pretty good pull at the box office
mostsolid Posted August 10, 2004 Author Posted August 10, 2004 thanks for the reply luckyboxer. i've been wondering if it is gonna even make it or not cause i would like to see van damme to hit the big screens again just like back in the days.
aefibird Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 A couple of months ago there was an advert in Martial Arts Illustrated magazine (in the UK) for anyone who wished to audition for Kumite. You had to send tapes and your martial arts career experience to a place in LA. "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..." G Money Slick Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 Jean-Claude Van Damme is the coolest !!! If your enemy refuses to be humbled......you must destroy him.
SoulAssassin Posted August 17, 2004 Posted August 17, 2004 he got beat up by a biker in a bar or club in NY a while ago... ha! -SoulAssassin"I aint gonna eat, I aint gonna sleep, aint gonna breath till I see what I wanna see and what I wanna see is you goto asleep, in the dirt permanently"
battousai16 Posted August 18, 2004 Posted August 18, 2004 was it a biker? i thought it was his body guard. though we could be talking about different instances. "I hear you can kill 200 men and play a mean six string at the same time..."-Six String Samurai
SoulAssassin Posted August 18, 2004 Posted August 18, 2004 It was actually one of the higher ranks possibly the president of one of the big 1%'s hells angels, or something. -SoulAssassin"I aint gonna eat, I aint gonna sleep, aint gonna breath till I see what I wanna see and what I wanna see is you goto asleep, in the dirt permanently"
G Money Slick Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004 he got beat up by a biker in a bar or club in NY a while ago... ha! damn, poor guy. that's gotta hurt the ego. Van Damme's martial arts backround isn't exactly strong...some shotokan training when he was like 10. He's just really really flexible, built, and looks good on camera. that's why he's an action star and not an international karate competitor. I'm sure if he punched you in the face, it's gonna hurt either way. If your enemy refuses to be humbled......you must destroy him.
battousai16 Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004 ^it was an ego that needed hurting ^ "I hear you can kill 200 men and play a mean six string at the same time..."-Six String Samurai
