battousai16 Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 well, at least jet li does neat stuff in kiss of the dragon. i'm sorry, but i was bored to tears during romeo must die and cradle 2 the grave. it's all i can do to sit through his newer stuff. i'll stick to once upon a time in china, thank you very much "I hear you can kill 200 men and play a mean six string at the same time..."-Six String Samurai
Northren Ogre Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 Charlie's Angels.....I have never been able to stomach more than a few minutes of this tripe. I can't even watch it in mute for the "Jiggle Factor" http://prkickboxing.tripod.com
sAtelitte Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 A month or two ago they showed some 80's kung fu movies, don't remember their names but those were really awful, you could actually see some of the actors still wearing sneakers while it's supposed to be the 14century or so Other then that, i don't like those julia Roberts romantic movies; nothing hill, my best friends wedding,... not that i don't like romance but it's all so predictable and far too exaggerated. https://www.shaolin.be
shotochem Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 Hey, I liked dances with wolves. I would say the Star wars episode I and II are pretty bad. But its like a car accident you just have to stop and watch. Pain is only temporary, the memory of that pain lasts a lifetime.
battousai16 Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 speaking of predictable movies, how to lose a guy in 10 days... my first time watching it, and i could actually mouth out the words along with 'em for a good while. it was somewhat disturbing.you knew the ending the moment it started. "I hear you can kill 200 men and play a mean six string at the same time..."-Six String Samurai
Kamiya Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 The absolute worst movie I've seen to date had to be the recent remake of "Texas Chainsaw Massacre." What a piece of senseless swine-feed. The inane dialogue made me want to tear my ears off. I was very much satisfied to read that Roger Ebert gave it a big fat ZERO stars. ~Erin9th Kyu"Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft."~ Theodore Roosevelt
Drunken Monkey Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 ...you do not know the meaning of 'bad film' until you have witnessed some of the offerings that come from hk.... post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
battousai16 Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 which reminds me, city hunter. not even the fact that it was a jackie chan movie could save it for me it physically hurt to watch "I hear you can kill 200 men and play a mean six string at the same time..."-Six String Samurai
dancin_ash Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 i watched "The Wash" wif dr dre. snoop dogg and eminem a while ago. what a pathetic movie!! Dont approach me, I wont approach u.Dont insult me, I wont insult u.
markusan Posted August 8, 2004 Posted August 8, 2004 I once moonlighted as a cine projectionist and the most memorable flop I sat through was Tess of the D'urbervilles. Three hours of sheer boredom. It cleared the theatre. I challenge anyone to sit through it without supergluing their eyelids open and handcuffing themselves to the chair. It should be marketed as the world's best cure for insomnia.
