Give this some serious thought: If you were given the choice between receiving 1 million dollars OR getting a one-time trip to the moon, which would you take? There are great arguments for both, but which would you choose, and why? Myself....it's a tough call....but I think I would go for the moon. That's once in a lifetime. Kamiya Posted August 5, 2004 Posted August 5, 2004 The moon would be awesome, but....I really like money. ^_^ I always thought it would be awesome to be an astronaut, but one of my big fears would be the re-entry. I hear all this talk about how if you don't hit the earth's atmosphere at just the right angle, you either burn up or bounce off and plummet into oblivion... They are developing tourist space travel now, and they will probably have the ability to go to the moon sometime before the end of my lifetime. So with a million now I will be able to invest and life comfortably now and when the time is appropriate I can go to the moon as well.

Plenty of beautiful places you can visit with that kind of money and why take the risk of loosing your life (+ giving up the million) just too see the world from a distance https://www.shaolin.be
