SiluntSoul Posted August 30, 2004 Posted August 30, 2004 ah, ive done worse... every day in the dojo we do about 25 knuckle pushups... and since im 1st kyu, im really used to it... our sensai tells it that it strengthens the punches.
47MartialMan Posted August 30, 2004 Posted August 30, 2004 Did you do them with your feet elevated high on a chair or railing and with a sand sack placed on your upper back? Later phases were the above plus with a box of sand, then gravel.
