here are the rules for my next fight coming up.

 

Figured people might find it interesting

 

enjoy.

 

TIME:

 

1. Undercard matches consist of 3- 3three-minute rounds.

 

2. Title and Super Fight matches consist of 3- 4four-minute rounds.

 

Undercard matches have a one-minute break between rounds.

 

Title Matches have a one-minute break between rounds.

 

MATCHES WON BY:

 

1. Knock out

 

2. Physical or Verbal Tap out

 

3. Referee stoppage

 

3. Corner throwing in the towel

 

4. Event doctor stoppage

 

5. Decision- based equally on striking, grappling, and aggression.

 

Fouls:

 

1. Butting with the head.

 

2. Eye gouging of any kind.

 

3. Biting.

 

4. Hair pulling.

 

5. Fish hooking.

 

6. Groin attacks of any kind.

 

7. Putting a finger into any orifice or into any cut or laceration on an opponent.

 

8. Small joint manipulation.

 

9. Striking to the spine or the back of the head.

 

10. Striking downward using the point of the elbow.

 

11. Throat strikes of any kind, including, without limitation, grabbing the trachea.

 

12. Clawing, pinching or twisting the flesh.

 

13. Grabbing the clavicle.

 

14. Kicking the head of a grounded opponent. (A downed opponent is considered to have three points down ;for example, two legs and one arm)

 

15. Kneeing the head of a grounded opponent. (A downed opponent is considered to have three points down ;for example, two legs and one arm)

 

16. Stomping a grounded opponent.

 

17. Kicking to the kidney with the heel.

 

18. Spiking an opponent to the canvas on his head or neck.

 

19. Throwing an opponent out of the ring or fenced area.

 

20. Holding the shorts or gloves of an opponent.

 

21. Spitting at an opponent.

 

22. Engaging in an unsportsmanlike conduct that causes an injury to an opponent.

 

23. Holding the ropes.

 

24. Using abusive language in the ring.

 

25. Attacking an opponent on or during the break.

 

26. Attacking an opponent who is under the care of the referee.

 

27. Attacking an opponent after the bell has sounded the end of the period of unarmed combat.

 

28. Flagrantly disregarding the instructions of the referee.

 

29. Timidity, including, without limitation, avoiding contact with an opponent, intentionally or consistently dropping the mouthpiece or faking an injury.

 

30. Interference by the corner.

 

31. Throwing in the towel during competition

 

 

 

If a warning is given, the referee will not stop the fight and no points will be deducted from that fighter, however the referee will make the fighter in question aware of the warnings. If a foul is given the referee will stop the fight, make it clear to the judges which fighter is being penalized and can either deduct points or disqualify the fighter.

 

 

 

If a fighter falls to his guard, he will be stood back up, unless the standing fighter approaches him. If the standing fighter wants the downed fighter back on his feet, then he'll need to back off and allow him to stand up.

 

 

 

Referee will Restart the round (Stand-up Rule): If the fighters reach a stalemate and do not work to improve position or finish.

 

 

 

FIGHTERS UNIFORMS:

 

1. Speedos or Vale Tudo shorts, Board shorts, GI, rash guards and wrestling singlets are allowed.

 

2. Wrestling shoes or bare feet only. Wrestling shoes must be approved.

 

3. Neoprene joint supports only, no metal joint supports.

 

4. Finger and toe nails must be trimmed.

 

5. Absolutely no body grease, gels or lotions can be used.

 

6. Groin protection and a mouth piece must be used.

 

7. Fighters must wear padded grappling gloves that have been approved by the referee.

 

THERE WILL BE NO HOLDING ON TO THE ROPES AT ALL.

 

ONLY TWO CORNERMEN CAN WORK THE CORNER, UNLESS IT IS A MAIN EVENT FIGHT, IN WHICH THREE CORNERMEN WILL BE ALLOWED.

 

CORNERMEN WILL STAY IN ASSIGNED AREAS OR FIGHTERS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

this is going to be in Mexico, next date is not exact yet it looks like end of august.

 

And the orifice thing cracked me up too..

 

It is referring to mouth, nose, ears, eyes, and others...

 

but you need to smack your hand for thinking what you thought first!

I'm shaking my head, but Good Luck in Mexico LB and keep an eye on your fingers and orifices...lol.

You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.

...so can you force an orifice onto an opponents fingers?

post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are.
