I can't think of any other links right now, but there might be some more on my other comp. You might check out the book "Winning Wrestling Moves", although it's more of an encyclopedia of techniques so it might be hard to learn from it.

Re: developing habits in wrestling that are bad in sub grappling, here's something I wrote towards the end of my first wrestling season after getting back into sub grappling:

Since I wrote that, I've blended the wrestling and sub grappling very nicely, even pulling off 'subs' that are actually modified wrestling techniques when someone has my back.

Hm, I am also interested in joining my HS wrestling team and I was wondering when is it too late to start wrestling and still be competitive, and what are the normal weight classes?

I think the weight classes go 103, 112, 119, 125, 135, 145, and that's as far as I can remember. I know another is 189 but I don't remember the rest.

No clue, but it would probably depend on if you've ever grappled before and how 'natural' it is to you.
