if you watch the dvd with directors commentary on, john woo does say that he does his own stunts. he even came up with a few that john woo thought were to dangerous, but insisted on doing it anyway. the knife to the eyball for example.

It takes a big man to admit when he's wrong, and I am NOT a big man.

ill give Tom Cruise some credit he does some of his stunts, but he most definitely doesnt do all, I know one of his stunt doubles personally

well, from what i read, tom cruise wanted M:I 2 to be his "big action movie" (i may be forgetting one, but did you ever notice that that movie is the first time he ever fires a gun?), and that's why he insisted on doing most of the stunts for it. just what i read, though, and i have kind of a bias for tom cruise, cuz i like him :P

Yeah Blob0n is absolutely right actors do tons of stuntts tese days. and yes tom cruise does many more stunts than he doesnt do. even keanu reeves did nearly all the fighting. the only types of scenes he didntt really do too much of were like crashing and stuff like that but the martial arts he did almost all of himself. all the matrix actors did. but there are some things that they just dont let the actors do like some stunt driving for example.

What did you mean by nearly all the fighting? How does Keanu Nearly Do all the fighting?

ive actually seen footage of him doing his training. when u see him in the action fighting whoever, seldom does he use a double its like at least 90% him. the brothers who directed this movie wanted these actors to be abel to do their own martial and a lot of their own stunts.
