In my long past, this had happened to me a whopping 7 times!!! Although each scenario was different, you can only BE THANKFUL that you survived. There was an old waffle commercial: "Let go your Ego" or was it "Eggo"? You seem nice, it would a shame when you could no longer post because you are in jail, or worst DEAD. Peace on your struggle.
