G95champ Posted July 3, 2004 Posted July 3, 2004 tufrthanu Agreed on the techinque thing. You have to do whatever strike your doing properly. Just to clarify my post I ment techinque not in how good you do a move but WHAT move you do. (Palm vs Punch, spear hand vs ridge hand) some are more powerful than others.) But again I agree 100% that you must have your hand in the correct postion as well as the rest of your body befor you add speed. Again point I was making is speed makes power. (General George S. Patton Jr.) "It's the unconquerable soul of man, and not the nature of the weapon he uses, that ensures victory."
JerryLove Posted July 7, 2004 Posted July 7, 2004 The most powerful punches I have in terms of ability to just knock the crap out of you are light and at most moderately fast. It's something other than speed. https://www.clearsilat.com
