Along the center line.I was threatend by a larger female once and she left her groin area open!? I saw the option so I kicked her groin area at full blow! She hit the ground hard. She was crumpled up on the cement holding her privates and gasping for air!! I just had to tell it like it was!:o Also knee, shins, throat, nose, and eyes are good to!!

most of our one steps and self defense drills focus on teh solar plexus... if you're trying to just stop someone taking away their air on the first move is pretty effective. It also doesn't take alot of force to do it either.

Just a thought...

Glad to see the ideas towards the end of this forum contained some reason.

I dont know about you guys but i never want to kill anyone, so discussing the best blows for a single kill shot (like those discussed on the first couple of posts) seem rather crazy to me,

Fair enough if it is life or death situation for you but I would rather read about the effective non lethal strikes like the nose etc.

i guess you all forgot the weakest bone in the body :brow: The sternum! that bone right in the center, going up and down your chest. it only takes 30 pounds of pressure to snap like a twig, no matter how big you are because muscle can never cover it! the throat and eyes are just as good, and knees are next best
