SevenStar Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 I wouldn't rely on that...in a high adrenaline situation, it doesn't always hurt immediately. You may not feel it until after the fight. I've experienced that before.
SevenStar Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 i think the groin and knees are best spot to hit. see above for my thoughts on groin shots. As for the knees, they are small and mobile - could be hard to hit and the proper angle to do real damage. I wouldn't rely on those either.
Little Dragon Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 normally what i do in fights is try to distract the person..sumtimes i sidekick there leg...then once they concitrate on dat...boom a hook to the face ''I know what your thinking.........did I shoot you 3 times? or did I shoot you 472 times?''
Shane Posted October 9, 2004 Posted October 9, 2004 there is more than one best target, that is why we train with primary targets secondary targets ect. A True Martial Arts Instructor is more of a guide than anything, on your way to developing the warrior within yourself!!!!!

cross Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 Anywhere along their center is where im aiming.
Username Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 I think its important to go for bigger targets. Coordination and seamless technique go down the drain in a real fight, plus the other guy will be moving.
Beiner Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 I like a strong straight arm to the chin, not as a strike per say, but as a push. Mind you this only really works if you can grab an arm or something, but if you can push there head back by their chin, there next and upper body are etremely open for whatever you want to do, beraks the balance. Also you can drop them to the ground fairly easily.
