ways to not tense up?

But can You Do that?, It is easier to say than do , do you always remember to tense at the last minute or do you hit the target before you tense ?

 

after lots and lots of practice, these things should come without even thinking. Sorta like breathing. if u can breathe w/o thinking then you should be able to do this w/o thinking.

 

btw, what's IMO?
