Kill Bill960 Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 Im 16 years old I disobeyed him and instead of being rational he stabbed me. I mean now you think of it the tetnis hurt and yeh it is defeating the purpose of self- preservation. One of the pairs of sais i have are the factory X Elektra ones. PS: When i say i dissobeyd him i mean to say i accidentally broke his Sai after him telling me not to touch them. I know what your thinking, How the hell did i break them! Well me and my friends all study Different MA's and so one day we dicided to film a Fight sequence. His sais were really flashy and really cool. They were pot medal but were still cool. We wanted the fight to look more realistic so we did full strength blocks. On one of the blocks from a jo the sais shaft broke. tommarker Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 I'm sorry to say this, but your uncle is not fit to teach anything. And YOU should develop a healthier respect for weapons and personal property. It's stupid crap like this that will get some Aussie legislator to try to ban more weapons. I'm no longer posting here. Adios.
Sauzin Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 If what you say is true, then your uncle should be in jail. The only two things that stand between an effective art and one that isn't are a tradition to draw knowledge from and the mind to practice it.
Kill Bill960 Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 yeh ok great sorry i even told you guys. I have my own oppinion and so do u so please keep it to your self. When I Am Done Sheding My TearsI Will Start To Shed The Blood Of My Enemies And Punish All Who Did Me Wrong.
Sauzin Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 Well it's pretty obvious you needed to tell somebody. You just told the wrong people. You should be telling the police or whatever kind of family wealfare department exists over there. You should also tell your parents, your teachers, and/or a counselor. But you're right we can't help you. It's kind of like martial arts. Learning the most effective defense art in the world won't help you if you don't have the sack to use it. And how can you expect to have what it takes to defend yourself when you're being attacked if you can't or won't even denfend youself after it has happened? The first step in any defense is being brave enough to choose to use it. The only two things that stand between an effective art and one that isn't are a tradition to draw knowledge from and the mind to practice it.
karatekaBR86 Posted December 11, 2004 Posted December 11, 2004 Jool Bong (nunchaku in Japanese)? You mean korean
White Warlock Posted December 11, 2004 Posted December 11, 2004 Kill Bill, Sauzin is correct. You may feel sorry for bringing it up, but if this truly happened, and you're not merely attempting to shock us with a fabrication (common for someone of your age, so please don't feel uncomfortable if this is the case, or feel offended if it is not), then whatever 'rationale' you may have imposed, is false. Look, the action you noted was criminal and it could happen again. Maybe not to you, but to someone else, and possibly to someone you care about (your little sister or brother perhaps). Indeed, the next time it happens, the results could end a life, or cause permanent disability/scarring. Now, you could argue that what he did was for your own good, but that's the argument posed by every victim of abuse. It was not for your own good. Period. Please, tell your parents. At the very least, do this. "When you are able to take the keys from my hand, you will be ready to drive." - Shaolin DMV TestIntro
