I try for at least 4 classes a week (an hour each) plus sporadic kata in the yard when I need to calm down or something. Nothing too hard core, but enough where my friends think I'm nuts.

I train four to six hours per week in Muay Thai and two hours per week in BJJ, in addition to about three hours per week weight training. Unless I'm training for a fight then it's about fifteen to twenty hours per week including running and weight training. When I'm training for a MT fight, I don't do BJJ at all. I just don't have time for it in that case.

4 1/2 hours per week in class, same for the gym. Also whenever I get some free time I'll do work on kata.

3 classes a week (soon to be four - yay!). Each class lasts about 2 hours, except for monday which is three hours. In addition, practice at home (kata, punchbag) and about 3 gym sessions per week.

I go to the trainings twice a week, each one takes about 1,5 hours, so if my math is correct (which it usualy isn't) 3hours + 1 hour practicing some forms and moves at home. :karate:

2*1,5 hours training a week.

and then 2-3 hours a week home training. Like forms, moves, weapon training and stuff like running, push up, ....

3-4 hours a week training in the dojo

1-3 hours a week conditioning with running and swimming

I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.

I usually train about 4 hours a week, although I am thinking about upping the ante and increasing my training by at least a couple of hours.
