muaythaifreak
I had one, I didn't like it. I knocked it over all the time. Not with punches, but with kicks, if I wasn't knocking it over, it would "walk" around the room and it was just too much hassle. I ended up buying a hanging bag and selling the wave. Luckykboxer
i have used one, I was pretty happy with it, its obviously not a hanging bag, but for what it is its great
CloudDragon
Definetly use sand, I have used the wavemaster XXL and it is a great bag, but if filled halfway with water (done that way to keep it easy to move for smaller people) it can slosh around and cause the bag to move alot. One suggestion, make sure the floor can handle the weight of the bag on it 24/7, especially in a mobile home or second story of a house. Put the bag over a joist or beam if possible, better yet a basement with something to keep the base from sliding around. A Black Belt is just a white belt that don't know when to quit! granmasterchen
i have broken 8 of them since they came out and were placed in the various gyms, and studios and dojos and such that i have been in.....i usually break the hard plastic and end up with a large wet mess....anything from my punches, kicks.....elbows or what not. Everytime i use a side kick or a palm strike they fall and/or break each time....
