Luckykboxer
I have a Atama, and a Koral. the Atama seems a little lighter even though both are single weave. I like both and havent yet developed a preference for either one
three60roundhouse
D'oh! I forgot about the weave. I always use gold weave, because they tend to last longer....and double weaves are just too thick for me. And the site for atama... https://www.atama-kimonos.com 1st dan Tae Kwon DoYellow Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu16 Years OldGirls kick butt!
Luckykboxer
when you say seam in the back, do you mean the tag that hands just under the collar that tends to stick out and is a brazilian flag? If thats what you mean, then ya i wish it was sewn down on the gi itself
CloudDragon
I have found that the Oddessy heavy weight gi is great https://www.oddessy.com they shrink some so if you get one make sure its one size larger unless you have alot of room in your current size. They wash and wear like a comfortable pair of jeans and are really tough. A Black Belt is just a white belt that don't know when to quit!
three60roundhouse
No LuckyBoxer - I mean the actual line down the center of the back from lapel to skirt that keeps the gi together - somehow MKimonos managed to make a gi with no seam! 1st dan Tae Kwon DoYellow Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu16 Years OldGirls kick butt!
