Shorinryu Sensei Posted July 8, 2004 Posted July 8, 2004 I have a slow dialup connection, so I just looked at the first downward strike (took about 10 minutes to download)....seems that at least SOMEBODY is finally doing good technique! lol Glad to see that. My nightly prayer..."Please, just let me win that PowerBall Jackpot just once. I'll prove to you that it won't change me!"
whitedragond Posted July 30, 2004 Posted July 30, 2004 I'm a big fan of that particular weapon, will have to check out the vids tonight!
Vito Posted August 6, 2004 Posted August 6, 2004 he does them wrong!!!!! at least the first upward strike i just watched. you ALWAYS swing it so that your palm leads the movement, not the top of your hand. if you hit like he does, you have a chance of dropping the nunchucks when they actually connect with something because your fingers can lose them, but with your palms leading the movement, when you make contact it just gets pushed into your palm. no big deal. (same thing for the first sideways strike.) anyway, no offense or anything, but i dont like this site.
