Master Jules Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 Good job....just keep it controlled and focus on improving your techniques.....the tougher you make your training, the easier every day things will be ! ~Master Jules......aka "The Sandman""I may be a trained killer......but Im really a nice guy"
Shane Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 I think a lot of people out their think they are really training in a combative martial art even if they are not. A lot of people are mis-led about how realistic their art really is. Its a shame but I know this is true I have met a few of these people. A True Martial Arts Instructor is more of a guide than anything, on your way to developing the warrior within yourself!!!!!
Master Jules Posted September 29, 2004 Posted September 29, 2004 Did I do it again ?......sorry......cant seem to figure out why my comp is on the fritz. ~Master Jules......aka "The Sandman""I may be a trained killer......but Im really a nice guy"
unknownstyle Posted September 8, 2005 Posted September 8, 2005 i would say mine is fully combative "Live life easy and peacefully, but when it is time to fight become ferocious."
b3n Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 I do Kyoksuhin and would say that its fully combative. Not to say that we only do practical combat training - we do katas etc...but its a powerful style and all the techniques we train at are applicable in real life situations.(sorry if that didnt make sense/grammatical errors. Extremely tired) My Nidan Grading! y2_sub Posted September 17, 2005 Posted September 17, 2005 kyokushin is by all means a combative style Moon might shine upon the innocent and the guilty alike

y2_sub Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 And since we study it , I guess we do practice a combative style - very combative as a matter of fact - Moon might shine upon the innocent and the guilty alike
