SBN Doug
Actually, I'm a Kuk Sool Won practitioner. I started about 8-9 yrs ago. My daughter started about two yrs after that. She was 7 at the time. Since moving to CT, she had a lay off for a while (nearest school is 1hr away). Now she(12) and my son(9) go with me on Fridays. We also have home classes durring the week. Kuk Sool Won - 4th danEvil triumphs when good men do nothing.

ElliottG
That's right, with age comes experience, and hopefullyt the ability to impart some of that wisdom on the youngsters. In the teen class that I attended last night with my son, I think that I was the only one who seemed to focus on the task at hand. Not patting myself on the back mind you, just saying that when adults are in class, they usually want to be there. By the way, had my first sparring session last night (with my son) !
