G95champ
As most of you know by know he was killed yesterday. Tilman turned down a 3.6million dollar deal with the AZ Cards to join the US Army Rangers after 911. Sad day. Thoughts and prayers with him and his family because his actions is what being a hero is all about. (General George S. Patton Jr.) "It's the unconquerable soul of man, and not the nature of the weapon he uses, that ensures victory."

ZR440
Some would say he was nuts to turn down that kind of money. If only they knew the motivation and dedication it takes to be a Ranger. It's happy hour somewhere in the world.

monkeygirl
I haven't paid much attention to the news, so I didn't know who you were talking about, but I googled. After reading a news article, all I could think was "Wow." That's true patriotism. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.
