hey yall

 

my name is ad

 

ive been doing kung fu for about 7months now, same for kickboxing

 

Orange belt in both

 

im 14,

 

i jus wondered if you gus could shed some light on my future

 

i regulary train quite vigourously everyday,

 

with a strict training itineary, i wondered if you guys could give me some pointers on excercise i should do to help me build mp muscle and to be more succesful in martial arts

hey thnx for the replys

 

yeah i am quite dedicated, but my work really does conflict with my training, like if i stick to my schedule, i will only be able to get about an hour of work in

 

u guys mus know what i mean :wink:
