I am new to this forum and to Karate. My daughter has been taking lessons since January and she has convinced me to join her. I have attended 3 classes and I love it. However I am discovering muscles that I never knew that I had. My legs and my shoulders are Really stiff and I am hoping that it goes away. Well I look forward to asking my questions and getting some good advice from those who are more experienced. Thanks!

Hi mrphoenix,

Welcome to KF. It took me about five months for my muscles to stop screaming the next day after a good training session

You need some time to get into shape and to have your body enjoy the training as much as you do :karate:

Welcome to KF (C? - God I'm hungry :D ). Enjoy the company and let your mind be prepared for what's to come
