mrphoenix Posted April 19, 2004 Posted April 19, 2004 I am new to this forum and to Karate. My daughter has been taking lessons since January and she has convinced me to join her. I have attended 3 classes and I love it. However I am discovering muscles that I never knew that I had. My legs and my shoulders are Really stiff and I am hoping that it goes away. Well I look forward to asking my questions and getting some good advice from those who are more experienced. Thanks! Mr. Phoenix Memphis, TN
