My boyfriend and I both do Kyokushin. I really enjoy it. It's great because we can both practice at home and help each other to learn things.

I started cracking up just reading the title of this topic. I've never really considered kickboxing a martial art myself. Martial Arts are designed to give the practitioner inner peace and harmony. I would consider it simply a full contact sport.

It's not that I'm trying to limit myself to only martial artists. It's just that I'm sick of having to explain myself to other people, and I'd like them to understand me as much as possible right off the bat... Sigh... I know I'm asking for too much sometimes... :(
