battousai16 Posted June 9, 2004 Posted June 9, 2004 you know, i doubt anyone's gonna' make you jump 6 feet in the air, do 4 back flips and land in the sidesplits or whatever on the first day. if capoeira's what you wanna' do, go for it. if you need to work on flexiblitiy, capoeria will help that.
