Rich_2k3 Posted April 9, 2004 Posted April 9, 2004 Put these fighters in order of who's the best! Assume their all in their primes: Bruce Lee Jean Claude Van Damme Chakie Chan Dolph Lungdren Chuck Norris Jet Li Wesley Snipes Stephen Segal Royce Gracie Jason Statham My list is in no apparent order. You may not have heard of these 2: Dolph Lungdren was the russian boxer in Rocky and the bad guy in Unversal soldier, ex-pro in Kyokushin Karate. Jason Statham starred in The Transporter and Snatch, he studies Kung fu. Enjoy "When my enemy contracts I expand and when he expands I contract" - Bruce Lee

I'll prove to you that it won't change me!"
Rich_2k3 Posted April 10, 2004 Author Posted April 10, 2004 I see everybody loves Van Damme then! "When my enemy contracts I expand and when he expands I contract" - Bruce Lee
granmasterchen Posted April 10, 2004 Posted April 10, 2004 Chuck Norris Jet Li Jackie Chan Stephen Segal Bruce Lee Jean Claude Van Damme Royce Gracie Weslie Snipes Dolph Lungdren Jason Stratham???? I dont know who that last guy is ...sorry I am a big fan of the old Jackie Chan and Jet Li ...Bruce Lee and Royce Gracie just dont do it for me....Chuck Norris was Great back in the day...and Stephen Segal was pretty good to , just not too well rounded to my knowledge...And Van Damme was actually pretty good before he became famous....well i guess that goes for most of the celebrity martial artists.... That which does not destroy me will only make me stronger
Rich_2k3 Posted April 10, 2004 Author Posted April 10, 2004 Surely bruce has got to be higher up than that, he did invent JKD after all. "When my enemy contracts I expand and when he expands I contract" - Bruce Lee
G Money Slick Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 What? You honestly think that Van Damme (A Balle dancer and gymnist who cannot prove his karate backround) would stand a chance against a 7th degree DAN like Steven Seagal? If your enemy refuses to be humbled......you must destroy him.
battousai16 Posted April 18, 2004 Posted April 18, 2004 i hardly think being a ballet dancer counts you out from being a good martial artist, though, i don't like him. he's never impressed me and i hear he's a major schmuck. anywho, i couldn't make this list without some heavy duty research. is the transporter worth seeing? i guess i'll have to rent it... anywho, i've heard wonderful things about jackie chan, and it's interesting to note that most everyone has at least one of his movies on their movie must have lists, so he's be fairly high up on my list. "I hear you can kill 200 men and play a mean six string at the same time..."-Six String Samurai

He's had charges on beating his wife and has spent time in and out of drug addiction centers for his cocaine and alcohol problems. His highlight movie was kickboxer, which was actually an impressive movie. If your enemy refuses to be humbled......you must destroy him.
