sindian
Do any of you use rash guards when you roll? Any brands you'd recommend? Links to cheap, good rash guards would also be appreciated.
sindian
I guess I should've checked the older threads: http://karateforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=11676&sid=9a8bccf368490683c18a54cdb12c67db I actually did a search before posting, but that thread didn't come up. I'd still appreciate any other recommendations.
SevenStar
I haven't clicked on that link yet, but I use vitamins&minerals rashguards... they are excellent. Brazilian top team member adriano lucio is sponsored by them, and as we are under him, we get rash guards through him/them. Also, under armour has some pretty good ones. I've got one by a company called heay that's not bad - I've never really seen them in stores though.

Also, are there any ways to prevent or treat this without wearing a long sleeve rash guard?

Its basically athletes foot, except its not on your foot.Lamisil clears that up in a couple of days (or you could go hardcore and bleach it)
UseoForce
I like Under Armor, too.Any siginificant danger of getting ringworm, rashes, etc, when wearing a gi? If it works, use it!If not, throw it out!
