I am a Brown Belt is Professor Chow's Chinese Kara-Ho Kempo. I train under Sensai Michael Darnell. I was wondering if there are any other Kara-Ho Kempo students that visit this website that would be willing to talk about the system and what they have learned through their training. It always helps I feel to know that we can learn from each other in preparation for our becoming Black Belts in the system and teaching others.

There is only one rule in street fighting..."Be the last man standing."

Hey, cousin! Good to have you here, and shareing ideas in your style is a good thing. But you'll also find a lot of other stylists with some good points, tips and ideas here. If nothing else, they'll make you think about how your style deals with things, and that is allways good.

Freedom isn't free!

He is not referring to Kajukenbo---

Homeboytg: I have been studying Kara-Ho Kempo since 1993 and I would be happy to answer any questions you may have- I have heard of Sensei Mike but have not met him (I don't think) I train here at Kara-Ho home base under Sensei Kaimi and Sensei John Dewitt.

Hope to hear from ya,

S Jamey

I'm a purple belt in Kajukenbo- which is based in Kara ho Kenpo.

We pretty much have the same training, the techniques are mostly the same, we add a little bit to make the attacker hurt worse.

Good luck with your training.
