granmasterchen Posted March 29, 2004 Share Posted March 29, 2004 i just finished testing an individual two days ago... the test was over defense down/ low block middle attack/ middle punch high attack/ high punch defense up/ high block side attack ready stance, front leaning stance, straddle leg stance, cat stance, fighting stance roundhouse kick off front leg double roundhouse kick off front leg roundhouse kick off back leg side kick jump side kick front snap kick jump front snap kick with a fake kick 5 pressure points 3 katas free sparring palm strike hammer strike ridge hand back fist 3/4 punch verticle punch upper cut jab reverse punch 5 self defenses, including elbow strikes, and arm locks and a complete explanation of every single technique, why it is used and what area of the body they are used on and what movements are performed in the katas that was our simple white to yellow belt testing after the work out of course....
