the gi stays in the dojo and they hang them on a wall by the door, and the sweat drips off ......and they really smell

ESA, train hard...and wash your gi. :lol:

Yup I do that! If you didn't wash your gi then surely that would feel really yuk when you pulled it on. Oh and think of the bad spots it would cause!!

 

Nah! Just no reason why you should leave your gi to smell and surely, it will start to rot with all the warm, damp bacteria!

 

I wash my gi normally once per week, two weeks at the very most!

I wash my gi after evey use. The key is to have more than one gi!

ive worn tokaido now for around 6yrs and really like them but i am due another and wonder if anyone can suggest as good a gi in an alternative

theres no one style just your style---------

Or how about Tokaido's other line of gi's? The one not maufactured in Japan, but in Hong Kong or Taiwan. Still supposedly has the Tokaido quality at a lesser cost.

 

what is the name of the other line of tokaido Gi please and i'll look
