hi there :smile: Jamie Bain from Scotland, 19 year old male doing freestyle kickboxing, previously did a bit of boxing, street fighting this is the first martial art ive done and im loving evry minute of it, i am eating sleeping breathing kickboxing atm, im here to learn from others experience and offer what i can, i enjoy reading the training tips and technique help

 

anyway ill enjoy my stay...hopefully :grin:

I have never seen a Scotman yet that I didn't trust..so why do I need to lock up the vaulables? :lol:
