Cypher Posted March 15, 2004 Share Posted March 15, 2004 I would have to say that Sanchin is my favorite kata, next to Saifa, I have nail marks on my hands after, during my grading my sensei took a bamboo sword(cant think of the name) and hit me in legs and stomach, Shoulders, while kyu would yell and talk and all in all try to distract.
