When was the last time you...

A) Hit something (or someone) as hard as you could?

B) Hit something (or someone) as fast as you could?

Be honest! :)

(Someone attempted to mug me today and I did both of the above at the same time. It's got me thinking, I really should practice it more in the club)

Keep it real!

Way back in 1994. Someone tried to pick a fight with me in a parking lot (It was a bar....sigh). I'm not proud of it at all.

Two days ago, I got very upset and hit a wooden board with my right fist. Thankfully, I was too angry to pay any attention to the pain :) and now it doesn't hurt so much anymore.
