Sasori_Te Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 Anyone, who feels as if posting your skills is showing off, that is personal. I don't hold no grudge for nobody. The way I see it is, it is not all about showing off its about expressing your feelings, thoughts, and actions in words. Some people see this type of communication as a reward and want to let everyone see. People post these things to get feedback just like others say, but they also post things to get things off of there mind. They express deep feelings in some kind of way and hope that someone in the same perdictament can relate to them. Basically, what I'm saying is its never about showing off. Whoever started this conversation really needs to go find something better else to do, because some people take these things serious. Its bad enough when people get noticed and have to deal with critcizm by people they don't know. DON'T MAKE IT HARD FOR SOMONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW SOMETHING AND REMEMBER YOUR MOT NATURAL. Bye guys. Anyone besides me ever notice that his grammar and spelling get better when he gets upset? *L* You'd think that if he were a non-native speaker and writer of English that it would get worse when he gets upset. Hmmmmm...... A block is a strike is a lock is a throw.
Drunken Monkey Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 you never know maybe i will get to meet him... post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
mArTiAl_GiRl Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 Umm.... okay, seems like this club you're training at isn't that great. I've been in a karate club like that and a lot of people just hurt each other and were mean, I immediately understood it's not the right place to train and practice something I love, so I went to another Dojo and it was way better. So I think you should just search for another club. Good luck. Kill is love
DarkAngel_Azrel Posted February 21, 2004 Posted February 21, 2004 Well after reading all these post it seem's that form natural point of veiw your interigateing him instead of helping .But the only advice i can give is it seem you will need to find another dojo to train in. let not the fear of death stay your hand nor defeat your courage. The warrior who will provail is the one who confronts death its self
Patrick Posted February 22, 2004 Posted February 22, 2004 I think this thread has run its course. Let's try to keep things moving in the right direction. If you ask for advice, be ready for people to criticize you and accept it. Don't discuss the grammar of other users. This is a very international community and English isn't always the first language. Thanks.
