I started training last year in September. I totally fell in love with the training, It's great exercise and I'm probably in better shape than I have ever been in my life.

I can't seem to get enough training, I go to four, sometimes five classes a week (and I'd probably do more if they were offered :)

I'm content, but I am always looking to improve

In answer to the question "Are you content with yourself?" , then I'd have to reply no. I'm satisfied with how far I've come and how much I've improved, but I know that there's always room for improvement in my training.

Hey, I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets cranky when I can't go to the dojo!! :)

I'm not content with myself, but am certain I'm on the right track. My MA training has got me stamina, a beautiful and healthy body, pleasure and pain, the chance to prove I can do what I want, a lot of focus on the task at hand, more friends, small and huge accomplishments (I can kick really high, do the splints ... took me 2 years and some strained muscles ... but I did it), gives me a healthy routine, and so on. :)

It was a good thing to start and I enjoy every minute of it.
