KarateDave
I started training last year in September. I totally fell in love with the training, It's great exercise and I'm probably in better shape than I have ever been in my life. I can't seem to get enough training, I go to four, sometimes five classes a week (and I'd probably do more if they were offered I'm content, but I am always looking to improve
aefibird
In answer to the question "Are you content with yourself?" , then I'd have to reply no. I'm satisfied with how far I've come and how much I've improved, but I know that there's always room for improvement in my training. Hey, I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets cranky when I can't go to the dojo!! "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..." ramymensa
I'm not content with myself, but am certain I'm on the right track. My MA training has got me stamina, a beautiful and healthy body, pleasure and pain, the chance to prove I can do what I want, a lot of focus on the task at hand, more friends, small and huge accomplishments (I can kick really high, do the splints ... took me 2 years and some strained muscles ... but I did it), gives me a healthy routine, and so on. It was a good thing to start and I enjoy every minute of it. World Shotokan Karate
