wrestlingkaratechamp Posted February 10, 2004 Posted February 10, 2004 My family has a summer house in upstate New York and I love the smell of fresh cut grass in the summer. I don't get to smell that too often living in Brooklyn. The second best smell to me is really weird, do you know when you open a new box of crayons? It reminds me of when I was younger. Baking apple pie is the third best smell to me. And a bonfire! I love that smell. Some smells I don't know whether to hate or love.......Gasoline for example.......I think it smells mad good for some reason.
Drunken Monkey Posted February 10, 2004 Posted February 10, 2004 this can get ugly, very quickly so maybe i should remind people. nothing um, below the belt please.... oops. anyway. i think the situation changes my favourite smell. at night, in bed, the smell of my girlfriends neck... in the morning, juat waking up, the smell of the espresso pot bubbling on the cooker... in the afternoon, sat at my drawing table before lunch, the smell of something in the oven wafting around the house... different things i like. the smell of the air after a flash thunder storm. the bakery that i used to pass on the way to school (many many years ago...). yeah, petrol/gasoline is a good one too. post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."

monkeygirl Posted February 10, 2004 Posted February 10, 2004 Anything tasty that is baking... Scotch brand cellophane tape. Don't know why but I LOVE that stuff. Maybe it just reminds me of Christmas... A nice, manly cologne on a nice man... Which reminds me of something interesting: Some people have been researching genetics and smells and stuff. If you have a sample of Man A's sweat, and Women A, B and C: Woman A finds the smell disgusting Woman B is not able to detect the smell Woman C finds the smell very pleasant When you compare the genetic possibilities between Woman C and Man A, you find that they are very physically compatible and are destined to have very healthy offspring together. Anyway, I just think that's really cool. So, ladies...if you smell any nice sweaty guys in the dojo.. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.

SaiFightsMS Posted February 11, 2004 Posted February 11, 2004 Tincture of benzoin? I never noticed it as having much of a smell. I think coffe brewing in one of the best smells. Even if someone happened to make lousy coffee it still smells good.
