sano Posted February 16, 2004 Posted February 16, 2004 jump spinning heel kick ( gets e'm everytime) the spear ( i hurt my shoulder a lot but effective), and i'm still working on the jack hammer i'm not strong enuff yet. falcon kick!!!

rb Posted February 17, 2004 Posted February 17, 2004 Ok seriously for me this time. Combos with knees and elbows which is very prevelant in mantis. Harai goshi and taiotoshi which are strong throws for me.
