Questions on a Martial Arts related Project Please Help

Recommended Posts

Hi there, I'm a television broadcasting student working on a

docuementary about a woman who at 18 is a university student, plays in

a brass band and is also a student/instructor of Jiu Jit Su(she has attained Black Belt, unsure of the degree). She instructs those under 15 with guidance from her Sensi. I'm trying to focus the short Doc.(it is only going to be around 12 minutes) and i'm currently looking at it from the personal effect it has on her life, and how it has guided her.

The Angle is of women in martial arts and why, what do they relate to within the teachings of martial arts.

I was hoping for some comments and ideas.

Thank you.

Well, start from the beginning, ask what turned her on to jujitsu, and work from there, eventually it should piece itself together....hopefully. Good luck!

You coukd also look at how long she's been studying Jujitsu and the effect it has had on her life, especially as she's only 18.

Good luck with your project!!
