tofu
Has any one taken a look at Bas Rutten's big book of Combat? It looks neat, but the two books cost a bit of change; so I'd like to know what others think of it.

Knockdown
The Rob kaman Series is fine, but at that time it was common to show a combination or series of techniques, and then show again in slow motion. a little of that goes a long ways, and some of these 2 hour tapes could be distilled down to 20-30 min. I personally do not need to see Shin conditioning by Kicking a tire in Slooooow motion many times. other than that, there is some good stuff on there. Joe lewis also put out a set as well with decent material. if i recall, he does not take into account low kicks though. but he has other material that makes up for that deficeit. good luck!
