I heard that when they interviewed kurosawa, he said it was based on star wars.........i have no idea how but thats what i heard.Er...isn't is the other way around?? ??? That makes sense seeing how one was made before the other. I got it mixed up......so they interviewed lucas and he said it was based on hidden fortress......there, i think that's right.
