soul fighter Posted February 22, 2004 Share Posted February 22, 2004 This is what helps me: During the year, I do a 3 mile run daily. During winter, I do sprints in the wrestling room. Usually When I lift, I do Squats and Deadlift for my legs. When I train, I just have my instructor kick me. This helps my leg conditioning YAH!! THE MASTER OF THE WORLD'S FINEST!!SOUL SONIC STYLE!!
