Rotten Head Fok Posted August 4, 2004 Posted August 4, 2004 Devil with-out a cause; Kid Rock ! Larger than Life; Backstreet Boys ! Hell on Wheels; Cinerella ! Harder Faster; April Wine ! You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.
Luckykboxer Posted August 4, 2004 Posted August 4, 2004 Let the Bodies Hit the Floor - Drowning Pool..i think that is who sings it. there is absolutely no song better to get pumped up before a fight. At least not for me
Ravencroft Posted August 4, 2004 Posted August 4, 2004 Blind and/or My gift to you- Korn Head up- Deftones Wake up- Rage against the Machine ...just to name a few
Yukimi Ajikuro Posted August 22, 2004 Posted August 22, 2004 I so agree with you Luckykboxer! that song, and Liberate by Disturbed karateka of Kobayashi Shorin-ryu karate-do(since 2000)"A human life is truly as frail and fleeting as the morning dew." -Rashomon “Like everyone else, you want to learn the way to win, but never to accept the way to lose. To accept defeat, to learn to die is to be liberated from it. So when tomorrow comes you must free your ambitious mind and learn the art of dying.” BL
Judo Warrior Posted August 26, 2004 Posted August 26, 2004 Nobody's Listening Let The Bodies Hit The Floor Eye Of The Tiger - A coward dies a thousand deaths, A warrior dies but once.- No matter how strong the wind is, The mountain cannot bow to it.
aefibird Posted August 26, 2004 Posted August 26, 2004 Bodies - Drowning Pool One of my all-time favourite songs. I have to say, though, that the fight sequence in Bridget Jones' Diary was cool, as was the backing music - Geri Halliwell's version of It's Raining Men. Not my usual choice of music for a fight scene, but it worked on that occasion!! Hmm, maybe I'll have to try playing it before my next competition! "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..." The Beautiful South - The Rose of My CologneSheffield Steelers!
Drago02129 Posted September 5, 2004 Posted September 5, 2004 I have a few before my wrestling matches... Judas Priest: "Exciter", "Painkiller", Ram It Down", "Hot Rockin'", and "Screaming for Vengeance", especially when I'm facing someone who I lost to before. Megadeth: "Rattlehead", "Take No Prisoners", and "Rust in Peace... Polaris". Metallica: "Whiplash", "Four Horsemen," "Hit the Lights", and "Battery". Iron Maiden: "Run to the Hills", "Die With Your Boots On", "The Trooper", "Sun and Steel", and "Only the Good Die Young". Slayer: "Angel of Death", "Altar of Sacrifice", "Reborn", "Raining Blood", "Mandatory Suicide", "Read Between the Lies", and "Spill the Blood". Obviously, I like metal.
