Any links for Bo Staff katas that would be applicable to Shotokan? I'm aware its an empty-hand style, but I know that weapons training can be great for conditioning.

Thanks everyone.

You know, I've never bought the Jitte/Jutte/Sip Soo/ as a staff form argument.

I'm one of those people who likes to take empty hand forms and try to perform them with weapons, but for me, I can't see a logical manner of staff defense or offense involved in the form, especially when you compare it to the style of bo play seen in traditional forms.

I'm no longer posting here. Adios.
