Bit Cha Ki (Diagonal Kick)

I would not recommend pointing your foot backward while doing this kick...that would surely result in a broken pelvis or torn muscles. It should point the same as for a front thrust or snap kick...between straight forward and perhaps 90° to the outside.

Frank Dux was supposedly the guy that went to that Kumite featured in the movie Bloodsport...he has pretty much been proven to be a liar. So, I dont know if this guy is just playing with you tom but I wouldnt spend too much time on it.

Good old twist kick!!!! Love it but can only manage to land it with my right leg for now-still working on the left (it tweaks my old knee just a bit too much!)!
