PhilM1
I'm just wondering if i could use a rash gaurd that can be used at the beach for bjj. My teacher was trying to sell me some 45 dollar rash gaurd thats the same material as a 15 dollar one i can get down the street at a surf shop. think it will work? fight til you die
Venezolano
I've never used a rash guard, althought i've heard that it's almost the same thing to use a surf rash guard, so i think you could use it Valencia - Venezuela.
Rich67
They're esentially the same thing. I think the wrestling/jiu jitsu rash guards have more spandex or elastic in them to make them slightly more flexible than the watersport variety. But I don't think it'll make much of a difference. Reklats
Ah. I'm not a rashguard person myself. I guess I just don't have delicate skin. Except for my dragging knee when I shoot.
