I've taught everyone from a 6 year old, to a 90 year old man in a wheel chair. Everyone can gain some benefit fom the arts.

A wheelchair martial artist. Are you kidding!!!

Seriously, I've seen a 64 year old man test successfully for his blackbelt. He did sparring, forms, kicks, and broke concrete. Gotta give him credit for persuing so much activity courageously at his age

Common - I see people starting in their middle ages all the time, and 30 isnt' middle aged. I recently saw a 50 yr. old male successfully test for his black belt despite the fact that his right knee was really botched up.
