Ironberg
A wheelchair martial artist. Are you kidding!!! Seriously, I've seen a 64 year old man test successfully for his blackbelt. He did sparring, forms, kicks, and broke concrete. Gotta give him credit for persuing so much activity courageously at his age "An enlightened man would offer a weary traveler a bed for the night, and invite him to share a civilized conversation over a bowl of... Ironberg
Common - I see people starting in their middle ages all the time, and 30 isnt' middle aged. I recently saw a 50 yr. old male successfully test for his black belt despite the fact that his right knee was really botched up.
