not sure but an illustration wouldn't help much because everything in wing chun is a 'movement'.

 

what you usually see in books etc as a tan sau is actually the end position of the movement.

 

the important part of the tan sau movement is where you begin your movement and the positon of your elbow whilst doing the movement.

post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are.

Hey Yireses, YOu do Shaolin Kempo? right on Fed villari Styem, or United stystem, or Castro, stystem or what what system of Shaolin Kempo you study?
