Venezolano Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 In a street fight kick is very dangerous, so you would want to kick down the waist, a side kick, roundhouse kick is the best. Spar with a Muay Thai practicioner and you'll see what i'm talking about, maybe in what you train round house aren't so powerfull, but a good Muay Thai practicioner with only one good connected low kick can KO you.. TJS Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 Front kick to the groin Round kick to the knee/thigh on the inside or outside of the leg. Vertical front kick
Treebranch Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 Dude I used to kick box in Lima Lama I know how powerful those kicks are, but I don't think you know what a stomp kick is and it's not Kung Fu, it's Budo Taijutsu. We are talking about street fights not K-1. "It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience.""Lock em out or Knock em out"
Venezolano Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 Oh i see.. , i know that strongest kick is roundhouse by your hip movement Valencia - Venezuela.
Treebranch Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 You also have hip movement in a stomp kick by the way. Try to kick a door down with a roundhouse, let me know how it goes. Venezolano Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 We are not talking about kicking doors. To do that probably a front kick would be the best, we 're talking about kicks in the street. in a round house kick your hip has much more range of motion than in a front kick Valencia - Venezuela.
Treebranch Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 A strong kick is a strong kick. Try it and find out. Round kicks can be snuffed if you know what you are doing and front kicks are harder to see. Plus a front kick to the groin is going to do a lot more damage than a round kick to the leg. "It is easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with patience.""Lock em out or Knock em out"
Venezolano Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 you can't always throw a front kick to the groing, it all depends on your opponent's stance. Valencia - Venezuela.
Treebranch Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 Well if you don't know how to bait them to where you want them, you've already lost the fight. Venezolano Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 No, it depends in your strategy, with my strategy i wouldn't lose the fight by that, yours maybe Valencia - Venezuela.
