sano Posted December 28, 2003 Posted December 28, 2003 yeah because vince got screwed by a panda. the world wildlife federation had the legal rights to use wwf. because when vince sr. started the company it was known as world wide wrestling fed. (wwwf) but when vince sr. did not want his son to wrestle his so decide to buy the company. he change the wwwf to wwf so he would not be in his fathers shadow. of course that tree hugging company had to step in and vince jr. and the panda went to court and the panda won. but regardless the rock is still a sell out. and stone cold is no i take that back. since triple h sleeps with vinces girl (brown noser) he is the poster boy of the wwe. falcon kick!!!
Drunken Monkey Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 you really do watch that show too much. post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
sano Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 what do you mean? i'm more so of a wwe historian. but it is still a lot more i need to learn. falcon kick!!!
Drunken Monkey Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 hmm, your choice but there are probably better things to learn than the history of a thing such as u.s pro wrestling, especially w.w.f/e post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
sano Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 no i was going to do the whole industry of the world. falcon kick!!!
Drunken Monkey Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 hmm, in taht case maybe you should start by looking at something else because the wwf/e is so much more entertainment than serious competition. unless of course that is what you are interested in; family entertainment. post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
Drunken Monkey Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 nothing wrong with it. just thought the history of REAL wrestling might be more interesting, that's all. although i'm kinda interested now in how and when the change from proper contest to scripted show took place... post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
sano Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 because people where tired of wrestling matches lasting too long because the average pro match about 1 hour and 30 minutes(because of the wrestling counters) long and instead of issuing rounds like the ufc did they decided to scripted it. yeah i know it's stupid but it's lasting. falcon kick!!!
Drunken Monkey Posted December 29, 2003 Posted December 29, 2003 it's a bit of a shame isn't it? i mean, proper grappling turned into a farce in the name of entertainment... post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
